Remove the filler. Injectable hyaluronidase dissolves hyaluronic acid in the dermal filler.

Results Before and After
You can clearly see the mechanism of filler spread (migration) like picture above. The lips are a contained, or "closed system" formed by the meeting of two main sections of the mouth muscle (orbicularis oris) at the vermillion border (white outline in the picture left). When injecting the border, the closed syste is opened up to form an "open system" which allows the filler to spread (migrate) in the subcutaneous (superficial fat) layer into the surrounding (perioral) area along a path of least resistance.
With movement of the mouth (caused by contraction of the orbicularis oris), the filler is pushed out further.
